In our store, you don't have to worry that the size you chose won't fit or that the product won't meet your expectations in any other way. Thanks to the integration of our store with low-cost InPost Paczkomat returns, you shop stress-free, without fearing that returning a purchased item will be an ordeal.

In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason. So if the products do not meet your expectations, you can send them back to us within 14 days from the day of withdrawal from the contract. All returns in our store are handled by a very simple withdrawal wizard, which allows you to send the return parcel back to us via an InPost Paczkomat.

1 Generate the withdrawal from the contract together with the return code.

2 Put the packed products in a box and seal it well. Send the parcel.

3 Refund. You will receive your refund within 14 days of us receiving the return.

Details of the withdrawal steps:

• You don't need to have an account in the store to withdraw from the contract. Go to the withdrawal wizard available at https://wholesale.mintishop.pl/returns-open.php and enter the order number along with the phone number or e-mail address used when placing the order;

• In the next steps, select the option "I will use the store's shipping" and the form in which you want to receive the refunded money;

• Confirm the withdrawal from the contract so that the system generates the withdrawal documents together with the return code;

• Put the packed products in a shipping box and seal it well. You can use the box in which you received the ordered products. Go to any InPost Paczkomat parcel locker, where you can drop off your parcel quickly and conveniently, 24/7. Please remember that the parcel dimensions must not exceed 41 x 38 x 64 cm and the weight must not exceed 25 kg.

• The refund, in the form selected in the withdrawal wizard, will be made within 14 days from the day on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. As a rule, however, it takes less time. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products or until you have provided proof of having sent them back.

The above procedure is not a condition for exercising the statutory right of withdrawal from the contract and does not limit it in any way.
